That healthcare is changing in the US is undeniable.  There’s the ACA, the aging of America’s population, advancements in technology, and more.

 

The healthcare real estate industry, and those already in that field, seem to be benefitting from these changes.  We here at McDermott Law continue to see steady leasing and development activity in healthcare real estate and related sectors (healthcare technology, etc.).

 

Here is an article from the first quarter that I’ve been holding on to, wanting to come back to it in the fourth quarter to see if the forecasting therein proves correct.  Looking back on 2014 thus far, I believe that it has.
